Passed the question on to Trail, here's his response! In the video it was just the stock 3oz that come with each bar, so 3oz on the front and 3oz on the back. In reality, as I move into tuning and setting up a bow to the way it holds and shoots best, I typically end up with about a 1 to 2 ratio. So, if I put one once on the front then I put two on the back. Everyone is a little different in that regard so it's best to get some one ounce weights and play with it. There is also an equation that is a general good rule of thumb. Take the length or the front bar (12") and times that by the weight that feels good on the front..say 4oz (12x4=48) then divide that by the length of the side rod (48/10=4.8). So in that case it would be 4 oz on front and 5-6 on the back. Hope that helps.
