I know this is an old video but adrenaline is a temperature sensitive chemical. It's most effective at around room temperature (68 to 77 F). Research has shown that short trips out of this temperature range won't harm the chemical, but the listed acceptable range for this is 59 to 86 F. My question, i guess, is would it be more effective, if a little slower, to give a room temperature application and apply the enswell simultaneously or immediately after? I am not entirely sure the exact time allowed between rounds to work on your fighter, and obviously it being cooled prior isn't going to render it completely inert immediately, but i wonder if the prior cooling is really more effective. Obviously cold also helps constrict blood vessels, but depending on the amount of time you have between rounds, it may be more effective to split the process. I have no experience as a cutman, but i work as an EMT and I have prior pharmacy experience so these kinds of questions are the ones that come to my mind.

Is this what they use for nose bleed aswell??

Yes sir. Typically use adrenaline soaked swab inside nostril, squeeze nose against swab. Usually completely effective.

Can the fighter drink the adrenaline for a boost advantage?

Carpe Diem I have no knowledge that consuming adrenaline orally would have any significant effect. And, since it is not intended for oral consumption, I would not recommend it.

I do have this knowledge, and no, your stomach acids would break down the epinephrine and render it useless. It's only effective when administered intramuscularly or intravenously.
