Medicated birth is for weaklings, pardon my honesty, and this world is full of them. I had three all natural and I wouldn't change a thing. People used to ask me what my secret was, because all three of my kids were perfect angels, and I never tore. I'd tell them 50-100 squats a day during pregnancy to prepare for birth, lots of meat to grow baby, lots of sleep, unmedicated birth, and a hardworking man that allowed me to stay home so I never had to put them down. My babies lived on my body for the first 1.5 years of their existence( 8 months inside and approximately 8 months in my arms. All three walked before a year old). Constant baby cuddles. Only time I put them down was to change them and to sleep. It's how things are supposed to be. We as a society have strayed from the natural processes of the world. Good on you. Your ancestors are undoubtedly proud.

@@abbyz13 A lot of women nowadays are also lazy. They learn they're pregnant, buy a belly brace, and stop moving. I worked HARD to make sure my body would be strong enough to bring my babies into the world. I understand why some need C section or are unable to handle the intense pain because they did as stated above. Yes there are anatomical anomalies that cause intervention to be absolutely necessary for both mother and baby, but a lot of it is avoidable with minimal effort. I worked in healthcare I have first hand knowledge how much we do to ourselves these days that is avoidable and could be unnecessary again, with minimal effort. Laziness is an epidemic. I never claimed to be smarter than others. I do my own research.
