BPAY Payment: How to select different Method of Payment if selected by Mistake.
If you have selected BPAY by mistake for your Visa application or Citizenship application. In todays video will show you a Quick guide on how to select a different method of payment.
Log out your Immi Account and
re log on to your immi account....

Pay by BPAY⬇️
You can also pay for an online application by BPAY.
You have 3 days from when you select BPAY in ImmiAccount to pay. If you do not pay within 3 days we will not accept your application.
To use BPAY you must:
have an account with an Australian financial institution
be registered with the telephone or internet banking service of your financial institution
Do not pay by BPAY if:
your visa will expire in the next 3 days
you must apply for your visa in the next 3 days
you are applying for a bridging visa and want to travel on it in the next 7 days
you are paying for group processing of 2 or more visas
you are applying on paper
To pay by BPAY:
at the payment page, select BPAY
take note of the BPAY biller code and reference number
contact your financial institution via telephone or internet to pay
When we link your payment to your online application, the status will change from ‘Awaiting Payment’ to ‘Received’. It can take up to a day to match your BPAY payment to your application.

You can pay for your visa or citizenship application in different ways depending on where you are and how you apply. Your application is not valid until we receive your payment.
Paying online is the safest and fastest way to pay. All online payments are charged in Australian dollars. Online payments will be shown on your account statement in Australian dollars (AUD).
No matter how you pay tell your financial institution you are making a payment to us before you pay. If you do not, they might decline your payment.Your financial institution might also require you to pay additional charges or currency conversion fees.
Exchange rate⬇️
Immigration set six-monthly foreign currency exchange rates on 1 January and 1 July each year. The cost of your visa or citizenship application in your own currency will rise or fall in line with this exchange rate.

You can pay for online applications in ImmiAccount.
Pay in ImmiAccount⬇️
Payment is the last step when you lodge an application in ImmiAccount. You can pay by:
Credit Card
PayPal
UnionPay
BPAY
Important: Do not use 'Manage Payments' to pay for online applications. You can only use it to pay for a paper application or an invoice.
If you used 'Manage Payments' to pay for an online application, you can request a refund.
Credit card⬇️
Immigration accept these credit cards for online payments in ImmiAccount. The surcharge shown applies.
MasterCard (including Debit MasterCard) - 1.40%
VISA (including VISA DebitCard) - 1.40%
American Express (AMEX) - 1.40%
Diners Club - 1.99%
JCB - 1.40%
pre-paid credit cards are charged at the same rate as the card issuer AMEX, VISA or MasterCard
You cannot use more than one credit card to pay for an application. You must pay the whole application fee in one transaction.
If the application fee is more than your daily transaction limit, contact your financial institution for help.
Payment by debit/credit card⬇️
Cardholder Address:
When you pay using a debit or credit card, you must enter the address of the cardholder. We use this information to confirm your payment details.
It is important that the address of the cardholder is correct. If you do not provide a correct address for the cardholder:
the financial institution may reject your payment or
you may have to provide more information before we accept the payment.
system will automatically add the cardholder address for you:
if you have already included an address in ImmiAccount or
if you have previously submitted payment with a cardholder address.
Please check if the cardholder address is correct. It is important that the address of the cardholder is correct.
If the cardholder address is different from what you have in ImmiAccount:
you will need to change the cardholder address on your immi account payment.
Note, changing the above cardholder address will not change address details of visa or citizenship applicants/sponsors record with the Department.
