Am so blessed to have such wonderful soul enriching feedback from a dear and most dedicated Yogacharini in Switzerland "Just watched and practiced Brahma Mudra. Never heard it explained in so many wonderful, actually obvious connections. These youtube films have an optimal length and it is so practical, to go back and listen again, if my English-brain-part did not understand in the first run. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and insights. Instead of coming to the Ashram the Ashram is coming to us, wherever we are, with your precious teachings. Your Films on youtube are also a Brahma Mudra, a Yoga. We are going out into all directions, acting and reacting to all kind of perspectives. Then comes another e-mail from Ananda with another film to a subject and brings us back to the Center. Reuniting us again with the pure, with the truth, with the One. The Guru is always there, when we are ready for it. Just a click, and we are sitting at the feet of guruji, wherever we are in the universe."

Very beautifully explained. I will start practicing. Only one thing I did not understand in the video, though it may not be very important from the understanding of the concept point of view is, how when the doll is punched 99 times, it comes up 100 times? If this can be explained, it would be good, in case I have missed out a finer point being made. Thanks for uploading this video. Pranams.

I have suffered 2 ruptured discs in Sept of last year that led to nerve damage (cauda equina). Unfortunately I needed surgery and then another with a fusion. I am walking again with a cane but my intent is to become as strong and balanced as possible again! Thank you! Warmest regards
