This is a wonderful recipe!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of whole milk ( heated to about 110 degrees)
4 tsp of Active dry yeast
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of pumpkin purée
1 egg
1 stick of room temp butter
1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp salt (I use kosher salt)
Remember to adjust the salt if you are using dinner salt.
Measure 6 cups of bread flour
(I used 5 cups for my recipe)
For filling:
1/2 cup of garlic confit (mashed)
1 stick of butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup parsley
Egg wash
1 tbsp milk
1 egg
Bake at 400 degrees till completely done. If you find that your bread is browning to quickly, feel free to tent it with some aluminum foil.
My breads took a total of 52 minutes to bake completely.
While
It’s cooling brush some butter on your breads. For a glossy finish.
I also grated fresh Parmesan cheese over the tops of my breads.
