This has made a difference in my braiding techniques. I've been struggling with hair gripping while braiding... my braids are really neat, i don't need to trim the fly-aways after i'm done, but i usually do not like my gripping method. This has taught me so much. Thank you, Hairiscope.

Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial. I have been looking for a video that gives step-by-step clear and concise instructions on how to do a perfectly neat box braid with no lumps and bumps. Whenever I try to do my own hair as well as my daughters, I end up with lumps and bumps my braids are all twisted in they are just not uniform and neat the way that I would like, but I think your tutorial is excellent for getting the perfect box braid so thank you very much! I will do my daughters here this weekend and I will report back on using your technique.
