This video is about a ”brain hack” to change your time feel so you make it easier to play in fast tempos.
This way of thinking has been useful for me playing mostly gypsy jazz, but the concept can be applied to any genre of music.
The concept is from book of Hal Galper: Forward motion - from Bach To Bebop, a corrective approach to jazz phrasing.
