Hey y'all! Let me know if you try these braised pork country ribs. Here are some great side dish options💋
Sautéed green beans:

What you'll need for 3lbs of country ribs:
Country ribs
Mirepoix (1/2 large onion, 1stalk of celery, 1/2c of carrots) can use more
1tbsp minced garlic
Cooking oil for searing ribs and sauteeing Mirepoix veggies
Apple cider vinegar for deglazing (can also use regular vinegar or chicken broth)
Seasonings of choice ( fir ribs and Mirepoix veggies)
Cook covered in 350° oven for 2hrs, removing lid and finishing the cooking when 30mins remain. 🥰
