Looks so good. Quistion you add something kind of oil when it's ready to serve before scallion you put like a oil or chili oil maybe that you didn't mention ?

That's the braising liquid which I drizzle on top before serving.

Yes it s a good way of braising nice dish . I cooked lamb shanks almost like that instead I used more herbs white wine bay leaf and stock with worchester sauce .oven2hrs bye bye thanks a lot
