The house was well decorated/staged. The picture quality is nice, however, the constant turning of the camera may make a number of your viewers feel dizzy/queasy. Also, with the close up of the items, like the clothes in the closet, made it hard to see aspects of the actual closet. And fewer jump cuts, I would have loved to see the landing and the second floor hallway as it gives a sense of flow and continuity. Thanks for showing these beautiful homes!!!

Its a beautiful home, but for the money id be spending I'd be changing a few things. The laundry room is way too small, and the rod hanging 12" inches above the washer and dryer is completely ridiculous, you can't hang anything on it. No bright chrome fixtures, yuck. Plain drywall in the master suite please, instead if the paneling, and no garden/sunken tub in the master bath, its outdated. Free standing tub is more modern and much prettier. Master shower is a little blah, but ok. Love all the gray wood trim and white walls, really pretty.

This home is a wonderful blend of modern and traditional styling on the exterior and interior. The furnishings are staged in a natural fashion and the colors are neutral enough without feeling antiseptic. My only critique is the editing style; there are a few times when the jump cuts are so abrupt that it disorients the viewer. I would suggest that a rule of thumb is to think about it as if a potential home-buyer is walking around the home in person. They would walk from room to room instead of jumping from one side of the house to the other. If you jump cut around each room and then through the hallways then the viewer gets a sense of where they are in the house. A couple of examples are the master suite on the first floor and the tour of the second floor. For the master suite, I couldn't figure out how we got there. We were looking at the laundry room, backed out, and then we were in the master suite. I was wondering if we jumped up stairs. It wasn't until the camera left that whole area that I saw that we were still on the first floor. For the upstairs, It started out great with traveling upstairs and into the home office, and then up to the top of the stairs. But then it jumped to the first bedroom and I didn't know where it was in relation to the stairs. It was a perfect tour through the room and Jack & Jill and into the other bedroom. But then we cut to the last bedroom and I didn't know where it was in relation to the room we were in. The rest of the upstairs was disorienting in the same way, however It was all very well staged. So It might be helpful for the Editor to keep that in mind (providing those transitions to keep the viewer oriented). Overall a really fantastic video!

As I enjoy this tour of this BEAUTIFUL home, I can't help but to think, how marvelous it would be, to see my family living there. In viewing this video, I have just closed my eyes, to pause, just for a little while, just to dream, and think about how wonderful it would be, to live there, and to ACTUALLY get to call a place such as this HOME! I haven't been so fortunate, or have I ever had a place this nice to live in, and the way my life is set up, it is always on SOMEONE ELSE'S TERMS. I've never lived in a place where I truly felt a sense of belonging, a place I could call mine, a place where I felt comfortable about changing things, taking on little projects in the house, redecorating, pulling up a room of carpet, tearing out a wall, changing the paint, or ANYTHING like that. I am a 60 year old woman, (not a lot of time left here on this side), and I know the time has run out here on earth for me, to ever have a home like this. I've had a tough 60 years! More rain than sunshine, (and even some lightning), not wanted by my family, not feeling loved, not treated like I belonged, not feeling safe, therefore when I started school, I was so shy and withdrawn, it was hard to have friends. Friends that I wanted, but never feeling good enough, or never feeling worthy of someone being genuinely kind to me, without them having some kind of hidden agenda, so I was afraid to trust anyone, as when I did let my guard down, to even entertain the thought of a guy may be interested in me, it would always end in me being violated, driven deep into the country roads, and made to do things I didn't want to do, and then drove back, having to keep my head ducked down in the car, as they didn't want to be seen with me, putting me out in an out of the way area, to ensure not to be seen! Even though I wanted to be made to feel pretty, needing to feel worthy, but always thinking at the end of the day, the joke would be on me, and it NEVER FAILED, so I stayed in my little protective shell, where no one could come in and harm me! So, friends are something that I NEVER HAD, OR HAVE! I was always jealous, even in school, when I could hear other girls making plans for the weekend, planning a date, which may include going to the Friday night football game, meeting other friends there, planning to wear cute clothes, doing each other's hair, and nails, and maybe even grabbing burgers, shakes, and fries, at the popular, local teen hangout, after the game. Being this shy, unsure, heartbroken, with rock bottom, low self esteem, severely introverted, constant bullied, less than individual, had taken a major mental, emotional, toll on the prosperity, the comfort, the happiness, the peacefulness, the joy, the sense of belonging, and the normalcy of being around other people I may have had, IF things could have been different when I was growing up. Owning my own home one day, seems so out of reach now. If only for one day, I could walk through a beautiful home such as this, with the sense of it being mine, just to see my four children, (my oldest daughter is deceased) Transitioned from this life on December 24th, 2012) at the young age of 32, diagnosed with postpartum heart disease, after having her precious son, leaving behind at the time, a four year old girl, (she's twelve now) and a four month old baby boy. He's eight now)💔 seeing my five little grandbabies, 14, 12, 9, 8, and 5, enjoying, and loving to be at their MawMaw's house! If the Lord is gonna ever bless me, here on earth, HE BETTER HURRY UP AND DO IT.........while the blood is STILL running warm in my veins, and I can still enjoy it...... IF ONLY FOR A LITTLE WHILE💜 Then I can say fate didn't get the last laugh, that I did have the one thing that means so much to me........A HOME TO CALL MY OWN💜 SLEEP IN PEACE MY BEAUTIFUL GIRL💖 WE MISS YOU LIKE CRAZY💖💖❤️

@@edtherappingrealestateagen793 At this point my faith tank has totally been depleted! I have prayed, and waiting so long for a change to come for me and my family, until it's just RIDICULOUS! Because I don't have a home, it has caused me not to be able to see my babies. I've never lived in public housing, nothing is wrong with public housing, but I have always paid rent to white folks, making them rich, until they decided they've made what they need, and put me out, then, I'm on to the next white landlord.
