As soon as it is hot, put the bread dough in the hot pot, make a cut with a knife or scissors, and put in the oven with the lid on for 10 minutes. lower the oven to 210 ° c.
After 10 minutes remove the lid and cook another 30 minutes, even more if it looks too white.
let it cool.
You now have super soft bread.
