Hello everyone! Welcome to our channel.
430 g wheat flour.
1 tbsp sugar.
7 g dry yeast.
0.5 tsp salt.
Mix everything well.

220 ml warm water.
20 ml olive oil.
Knead the dough.
Knead for about 7 minutes.
Continue kneading with your hands.
The dough will no longer stick to your hands.
Grease the dough and the mold with vegetable oil.
Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough has risen perfectly.
Put the dough on the table.
Put the rolling pin on the dough and roll it out into a rectangular layer.
