Ingredients:
6 slices of bread (for 6 bread pakodas)
7 boiled potatoes
1 capsicum
1 medium-sized onion
10-15 garlic cloves
1 inch piece of ginger
2 green chilies
1 small bunch of coriander leaves
2 teaspoons of kasuri methi
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of cumin seed powder
Red chili powder (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder
2 tablespoons of corn flour
10-15 cashews (chopped)
10-15 raisins
Mustard oil (for making potato masala)
Sunflower refined oil (for frying)
