The simplest recipe for making bread starter without any waste. All we need is flour and water.
Preparation technique:
First day: mix 1 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of water in a jar. Second and third days, once a day, add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of water to the jar.
Be sure to mix everything very well.
From the 4th day, continue to feed the starter twice a day, approximately every 12 hours: 1 tbsp. of flour and 1 tbsp. of water.
After 8 days, the starter should be ready, if the temperature in the room is about 25 degrees Celsius, if the temperature is lower, then it will take more days.
