Ingredients:
Bread - 5 slices
Finely chopped coriander - 1 cup
Finely chopped mint - 1 cup
Finely chopped green chilli - As per your taste
Finely chopped Onions - 1 cup
Grated Carrot - 1 cup
Salt - As per your taste
Curd - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 small cup
Oil - For frying
Preparation:
1. Mash the bread and add finely chopped coriander, green chillies, mint, grated carrot, onions.
2. Add salt as per your taste and add rice flour and curd for binding and mix it.
3. Make small vadas and deep fry till golden brown.
4. Crispy bread vadas are ready.
