There`s not much time for business decisions during the war. It's always a crisis situation. So yes, break the rules :)

Ukraine has solutions needed by civilization. Boccaletti "Water" argues that every society and civilization has struggled and often lost issues with water. That produces disruptions similar to Russia attacking Ukraine. Shifting precipitation dried Canada's western forests three summers in a row and these forest fires burn our forest cities to the ground. We don't know how to prepare or think like Ukrainian and "Emergency Preparedness" is pretty well an empty slogan. Prior to apocalyptic or uncontrollable wildfires it was SARS CoV 2. And Trump. Atmospheric rivers that shut down one of largest ports. Shifting precipitation requires that agriculture, towns and cities need to adapt, even move. Floods and droughts were far worse prior to 1900s. Keystone USA crops like corn depend upon ancient aqifiers now depleted. Essentially every nation needs to study how Ukraine's governments and corporations functioned since the invasion. We need to adopt and adapt. Diia in English for Canada's three levels municipal, provincial and federal especially. Secondly Ukraine's army, navy and air force of drones has demonstrated safety and reliability, for Ukrainians and overcomes pushback against robotics so Ukraine needs to export robotics for forestry, mining, agriculture and construction. Go to national Building Show and trade shows to demonstrate Ukrainian robotics. Ditto supply chain. Ditto safe artificial intelligence. The point being that Post Putin, Ukraine needs to adopt and adapt all their solutions to export to other nations because, you've leapfrogged us, and we're handling everyday and crises rather badly. Finally, you probably need trillion dollars in construction and this should create an economic boom. Post Putin. Everything to be verified or rebutted.

Your training/retraining load is going to be incredible. You will have a returning workforce with forgotten work skills and highly honed military skills. Find a way to use the corporate-supporting military skills and rapidly re-ignite the corporate skills. Stay Safe.
