This is really similar to trapshooting! I don't know why I got onto baseball KZitem but 🤷 Basically once you're in good habits with your stance and hold and stuff, it's real easy to distract yourself. You just gotta keep your eyes on that orange and the rest will come easier than you think

Dude you should! It’s a blast! It can be slow at times but baseball is in its own league. That’s why most people tend to play faster sports like lacrosse and soccer, but you should try it and see what you think. The hype is real, when someone gets a hit rally going and the energy is there it can be one of the best experiences ever! As the level of play gets higher, the game gets faster.

Another thing I recommend is before the game, visualize yourself getting a hit. That’s how I got out of mine. I also was just out for 8 weeks with a fractured tibea and haven’t been able to play. My first game back I got 2 hits because I visualized myself doing that beforehand.

So this helped me so much. Last year I was hitting terrible. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong so it just didn’t get fixed. I had no confidence at the plate and it sucked. This is year was more of the same and it also sucked. I recently saw this video and I started doing the saying the phrase "do damage" and now since then I have hit 2 triples 3 doubles and 4 singles in 9 at bats. I really needed this Rac thank you so much.

I was in a slump for about a month or 2 and was crying at night just trying so hard to be better then it happen I been hitting better lately and hitting double triples and good hit singles into the gap or over the 2 basemen’s head. It sucked because I was with a new coach that was so happy to play with me this summer then I was in a slump and then I got out of it and feel so proud I strikeout still and ground out and pop out but don’t let that get in my way ❤

Just found this video. I wish I saw it a week earlier because I was in a horrible mental slump and just couldn’t do damage, but finally I was able to break it last weekend in a tournament. I got 2 doubles (one of them was walk off), 2 singles, a walk, and a strikeout. All I did was separated myself from everyone right before I got up at bat and just cleared my head. Sung one of my favorite songs in my head and just didn’t overthink it.
