Nicee man. Cool progression vid. I noticed ,which im sure you know already, that your left leg bends when youre coming around for the next flare. Ik you fixed it now but you can still faintly see it . I had trouble keeping my legs straight too when i did them back then but mental prep helped. I dont break anymore but man i really want to get back into it.

handstand everyday and i pushed flare till it hurts
