Hey younger self!!.. To myself another 8 years from now you are amazing, you are loved, you may be going through alot but DO NOT EVER give up.. We been through sooo much already but we are doing so much better now than we were when we did this interview, and we will keep doing better and better.. I am already missing the beautiful island of Barbados...then I had to see this! Definitely need to explore the east side of the island more next time!

Did the chef put that stuff out of the can cold we don't even know what the chemical are in the can not my type of eating if I can't do things from scratch cdont give it to me. I watch so many bajas dying at a young age eating so much sugar just killing the self it hurts

If you really want to know how to poach an egg, why not go on the computer an there you go. You can put a little vinegar in the water and there you go no more excuses. Boil the water add vinegar add your egg. Wholly
