Lately I've switched from oatmeal and sliced banana to plain Greek yogurt mixed with orange blossom honey, sliced bananas and some other fruit if I have it. My favorite is untamed frozen cherries. Delicious!

I have been eating chia seed pudding fir the past 3 wks. I havent tried your recipe yet, but im going to real soon.. i have been making mine with almond milk(organic) organic oats, 1 whole organic, banana , 1 Tblsp of organic cocoa powder a handful of organic semi sweet chocolate chips..i gotta have some crunch ! Ih when i dont have bananas i use organic wild blueberries, raspberries, or organic blackberries. I put organic honey in and some organic vanilla...blend it up and try to wait for morning to wolf it down. Thanks for your videos.i❤them all !

So I'm a full time nursing student, and I'd love to see more breakfast meal preps! I'm starting this Sunday with meal prepping for the first time. I'll be making this for breakfast but I'm nervous I won't like the chia seeds. I'm also making your healthy spaghetti, and then your grilled chicken with black bean, kale and pineapple salad. So glad you found me! Let me now how it goes..and really mix the seeds well, take a break for 7 minutes..mix well..break for 7 minutes..mix well..and then store in fridge. The seeds can be really temperamental if you want them to bloom. Tag me on IG when its ready!

Well, I had full intensions of taking a picture but we gobbled it up before I remembered I hadn't taken a picture. It was really yummy. The only thing I changed was the amount of cinnamon because I'm not a fan of it I only used 1/8 tsp.

Hi Bobby Loving all the flavors of this recipe but any reason why my chocolate mixture didn't get the pudding texture? I did added the chia seeds and mixed it and did everything you said. But it's still watery :(

+Roxana Ortega you really need to whisk the Chia seeds well, wait 10 minutes and with them again before you put it into the fridge, sometimes it takes a while for Chia seeds to bloom, so u have to go through that routine a couple times?

It's so good, right!? I use 2-3 different sites to calculate macros, as sometimes i find errors for certain ingredients on each site, including my fitness. I have cals at 305 per serving ;)

I followed the recipe and the chia seeds didn't "blossom" I left them in the fridge for 12 hours. what should I do Bobby?

I am guessing you did not stirring them enough before putting in the fridge. Some seeds are very temperamental!! Once the seeds go in, stir like crazy for 30 seconds. Let sit for 7 minutes and repeat. Do this 3 times total and then put in the fridge. Sometimes the seeds can stick to each other or in the corner of the bowl, and they dont bloom. They are pretty annoying sometimes! ;)

hey bobby your written recipe is wrong. In the video i think you add 1/4 cup of chia but in the written recipe it says 3.5 tablespoons of chia seeds

Hey Bobby! Shout out to all the Crunch fanatics out there! I absolutely LOVED this recipe! I never knew that Chia seeds could do that. Well goodbye pudding aisle at the grocery store and hello Chia seeds cause something has caught Momma's eye! LOL! This recipe is so simplistic and versatile. It could be for breakfast, snack or dessert. And, the flavor varieties are endless! Definitely a keeper in my meal plan! Who loves you Bobby? I do!
