This is my Mémé's recipe for Quiche Lorraine. I hope you enjoy! Let me know in the comments if you try it.

Quiche Lorraine
1 pie crust
8 strips bacon, crumbled
1 c grated swiss cheese
3 eggs
1 c half and half cream
1/2 c milk
salt & pepper, to taste
dash ground nutmeg
Preheat oven. Sprinkle bacon and cheese in bottom of pie crust (unbaked). Beat eggs, half & half, milk, salt, & pepper until well blended. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
