waking up at 4am and going to the gym before my 7am work start. It's a lot but I'd rather that than go to the gym after work- always. It resets my internal world to stop it from being so stressed and anxious all day, especially in my new role at work (being a manager).
Unfortunately I didn't go again that week but it is still progress, we are slowly getting there.
