Something as little as seeds, are pivotal in our diets. The seeds carry the information. The seeds let you know that the fruit came from a female ovary and not a laboratory. It means your fruit had a mother and a father. Fruit without seeds is like having a baby without sex. Love your channel. Ive been subscribed to your channel for a while now. Keep the bangers coming

Thank you for this! I am on my third time trying to follow Dr. Sebi’s guide, but I always end up finding it too restrictive and eventually fall off the wagon. This time I am doing 30 days. I would like to go longer, but find my body asking foods like potatoes, broccoli, carrots, brown rice, tofu… food not on his list. These foods are not bad but yet I still feel like I’m doing something wrong every time I go back to eating them. Listening to your body is the healthiest thing you can do for yourself I think.

He's our roots and We are his offsprings and thus the journey continues. Dr. Sebi wanted all to have our own roots and thus produce offsprings as you are doing. What do you want? Based on what I have seen, you too want us to have roots ... you are very open with your journey. One love...

I've had Wild Rice soaked overnight, with avocados & pesto. For 4 months. While having some bad meals here & there too. Last week I had tofu hotdogs with vegan chili, corn chips, and yesterday Quesadillas & my cavities got way worst. Yet even before that when I was having only Wild Rice soaked with avocadoes and pesto, and one head of lettuce too, that wasn't enough enzymes. So what I'm starting to realize is even if I don't have any unhealthy meals once awhile, and just strictly go Wild Rice Avocado pesto & one head of lettuce. That isn't enough vitamins. Even if you soak Wild Rice and sprout, it still has phytic acid. So you need 4 to 6 heads of lettuce 3$ each to get enough vitamins after the phytic acid. Yet I'm with a budget of 10$ a day or less. So I'm only able to afford one head of lettuce at 3$ for wild rice, 3$ for pesto, 3$ for 3 avocadoes, & 3$ for organic lettuce. & I would need another 9$ to 15$ for 3 to 5 more organic lettuce. Even with pine needle tea this is still not enough vitamins. I already know potatoes aren't wise, they have phytic acid too and no vitamins. So really I'm going to try returning to Steamed Broccoli for 2 out of 3 days & only have my wild rice meal 1 out of 3 days. Then for sure make sure I don't have any bad meals as I had last week too. So no frozen meals ect. Even if Sebi said Broccoli was a starch and not good to have. Maybe Broccoli is bad too since it's a starch hybrid, yet I have to test, Wild Rice may have more phytic acid. I already know Broccoli doesn't have that much vitamins, never heals enough, yet I just need something that won't make cavities worst. So yes gonna try Steamed Broccoli & 2 heads of lettuce, 2 out of 3 days. Then 1 out of 3 the Wild Rice meal. Either way I've been studying how to forage the western desert. So trying to forage mormon tea, juniper berries, & learn what flowers are safe to eat flower petals worth to replace the budget for salad I don't have. I would forage Prickly Pear pads if I was able to find them. Either way yes more tea, 2 times per day, more the merrier really pine needles too. I'm not really a fan of squash and mushrooms are too expensive less you farm them yourself. So out of options. I tried some organic seamoss powder wild harvested. Yet maybe the gel is healtheir. It was healthy to have. Yet I believe anything shredded or made to a powder ruins the enzymes. Similar to sliced lettuce in a bag is worst than non sliced lettuce. Yet the seamoss did help break mucus of the body away, still it's not as healthy as say a fresh picked plant. I don't believe people understand thier suppose to have x10 fresh plant enzymes than they are use to. & if they are on a budget yes they must afford budget farm land or learn to forage. If ancient humans walked for 10 miles per day & ate the plants they saw, then yes that equate to 6 lettuce and more plants of freshness per day. So I wouldn't say anyone is really that healthy since the only person I see having tons of greens is some lady, who has her own mini farm, from Hawaii. The girl who says a vegan diet altered the color of her eyes.

Else theirs a skinny vegan african lady with glowing shiny skin. Yet yes seems to be everyone who lives near tropical, else jungle settings and has access to tons of fresh greens are the winners. Theirs also a healthier frequency of nature of getting away from the streets.

I love eating fresh fruit and vegetables. My grandparents had a farm so we grew up eating from their garden. How do you feel about growing your own vegetables using hydroponics at home?
@BrandonAhmaud

I don't know how to feel about it..I think hydroponics could work for sea weeds. Produce grown in soil gets a lot of its energy from being grown in soil overtime. Not sure how it affects the food overall.
