I learn new and vital information every single day with your holistic approach to not only the skeletal system but also the mental and emotional components as well. I'm going to be 70 this October and several years ago was misdiagnosed with an auto- immune disease disease that required a dangerous protocol of Prednisone and antibiotics which wiped out my gut health and caused my spine to fracture and my femur to snap after a icy tumble on my deck. Kevin, I'm finding that often now when I sit down, I start to fall asleep then wake myself up with a gasp of air through my mouth. Doing the cadence breathing with you seemed to wake up my brain for a few minutes and give me some clarity. It also seems like my lungs are not able to hold as much air now that I'm 60. It's getting harder for people to hear me too. I like the idea of doing breath work before I eat to help digestion! Thanks for sharing!
