I just did about 5 rounds of this and oh my god. The sense of euphoria is crazy! I realised that I don’t need to blame myself for anything that life has thrown at me and I need to take the pressure off of myself. Great breathing technique! Gonna be doing this everyday from now on

On round one I thought to myself this is a nice beginners session to recommend, end of round two I lost my hold bc of emotion coming up, round three I began crying. About to do it again, I guess it’s good to switch up the tempo & order of breaths. Thank you for the session.

I experiment with a lot of different breath work, consistently, as it’s always good to switch it up, done, I done this during a water fast, 48 hours in, and felt amazing after this, very grounded and connected 🙏

This is the first time breath of fire actually clicked for me. I didn't get it when anyone else explained it for some reason lol. Also with belly breaths I find it challenging to do that with my body for some reason but there was one during this session that felt like exactly what it's supposed to be. So glad I found this! Thank you for being such an authentic teacher! 💜

I like this better than Wim hof's videos. I think I wasn't getting a deep enough inhale with Wim, and the 90 sec breath holds started to make me panicky. I love breath of fire. Tbh I thought there could be an entire round of just BOF. Looking good Sandy!

We have the one minute breath retention where you don't breathe at all? Then you take one recovery breath and stop the breath again for 15 seconds? Is that correct

Wim Hof is teaching us about breathing and cold therapy for over 30 years, he is great. He has control over his body and immune system. He climbs the himalaya mountains barefoot.

Love your breath sessions many thanks..Beautifully done..Your breath of fire is very similar to kapalbhati pranayama...I normally do both but do breath of fire a lot faster ..Do you reccomend slow or fast version..Listen to your body i suppose is best...

You already know the answer. Listen to your body. Often times we are following only what others SAY instead of tuning into how we actually feel. So my feet cramp up a lot while sitting in these positions. I put up with it however it seems like a circulation issue any suggestions? My thoughts are maybe sitting in rock position🤷♀️

Definitely sounds like a circulation issue. You can even sit in a chair..or I recommend « thunderbolt pose » or Vajrasana as we say in yoga

Yes of course you can ask. It´s because we are doing breath retentions, where we hold our breath on the exhale (very low oxygen levels for an extended period of time). But there are options for pregnant women if you want to practice breathwork. You can look into ¨hypnobirthing¨
