In Aikido there are countless exercises and methods of purifying the body, (Misogi no Gyo), breathing (Kokyu Ho) and meditation (Mokuso). Despite being divided into groups, all of these exercises work in a similar way. As these are practices that we can do on our own, they are often not as focused on regular training in many dojos. However, not only because of quarantine, we must always introduce these practices into our own daily training routine.
