@@alecw4646 they are sold as freshwater, but in the wild they can live between freshwater, brackish estuaries and saltwater habitat, so they can be acclimatised to salt water

While your scooping method works, that seems like alot of work 😅 i like to set up a little siphon with the light pointing towards the hose opening. But there are tons of ways to do it. Looks like you got it all down, very nice!

Yes you are right. It was only the first day that I use the sponge filter. From second day onwards, I only use the normal tubing that I set on low-medium :)

I would say it's more about maintaining water quality as well as having available food all the time in the water column. That's really hard to achieve

You can't use it until they are much older (preferably once they metamorphosis). I took mine out the 2nd day after I noticed a lot of them died

Hey Chris, yes the fry will definitely need their own tank because they need to be able to feed on rotifers all the time. The holes in the breeder are too big for the fry (they'll just slip through). Hope this helps!
