We sat down with Brent McCann to talk about his experience working with Wagyu cattle over the past 15 years at Sieben Livestock in Montana and Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.
The Wagyu breed has untapped potential in the cattle industry. At Bar R Wagyu, we have been working with commercial cattlemen to lease and sell Wagyu bulls for the production for F1 calves for the past two and a half decades. We have been fortunate to work with a lot of great folks along the way, including Brent McCann.
