This naturally occurring hybrid variety, Pacamara, is famously cultivated in the Northern Chalatenango mountains and is almost perfect. Grown by our good friend Jorge Rivera, whom we’ve been working with for six years, this coffee tastes of complex date sweetness and tangy black currants. Performs well in a auto drip or as a bright citrus forward espresso.
