Thanks Dino there is a long wait with this one but they say patience is a virtue 😂 I am not good at leaving my beers the required length of time to mature but I have no choice on this one😂 Cheers mate👍👍👍

It's getting to the time of year where I enjoy sipping beers of this style. Great idea for dissolving sugar as "Cheshire David" said. Looking forward as always to see how the beer turned out, especially with the bottle conditioning. Fantastic video David. Cheers mate! 👍 🍺

Thank you Skid. It is fermenting away and I am hoping it drops to a gravity where I don’t get too much sweetness in the finished product. It’s supposed to drop to 1.011 but I am not over confident it will drop that low. Let’s hope for the best. Cheers my mate👍
