I just bottled a pale ale with the same exact grain bill only I went lighter on the 20L and carapills. I used all denali hops and us05. It tasted good as I bottled it but im gonna wish I went a little heavier on the 20L and carapils cause it's a little dry. The hops blast through big time though. This is a solid grain bill that can stay consistent and just use different hops and yeast to totally change the flavor. Good stuff man

Great brewing video, you have a nice setup that you seem to know real well. My daughters name is Freya, thought i saw the name on your hand. Got some Kveik yeast today. It's dry yeast and I don't know if i need to make a starter or not? This yeast is new to me.

Freya is my daughter name as well, well I did starter and works very well, but I heard that kveiks likes to be pitch dry, I guess I'm gonna need to do the experiment to know the difference, thanks for watching

@@ClandestinoBrewing I pitched dry yesterday and had fermentation in about 20 to 30 minutes.

Kveik doesn't need much conditioning, just keg it and drink it.

Tus mejores recetas están en inglés 😔. Queremos ver más el proceso de fermentación y maduración.
