if i have a large historical biulding in west virginia with enough room for any size brewer i have a bar in the front now ..id love to attract a brewer to the biulding and make the business complete. and a attraction to downtown

Hi Robert -- with good brewing technique, if the kegs and lines are sanitary, oxygen is kept out, and the kegs are kept cool/cold, it can last many months.

Come to Belgium on a brew course. Simple equals better results, I see blood orange, raspberry, passion fruit, etc. Its overkill people.

@@finno2980 there are many places to study. There are courses for adults in night school, even universities offer courses. In Belgium, without a degree u cant work in the bigger breweries. But ofcourse there are many small breweries who can help u. I live in a town with a couple of smaller breweries who'd love to teach the ropes to an American brewer (brewery Vicaris, brewery De Landsheer,...)

@@jorisvdamme G'Day Mr Van Damme, thanks for taking time out to reply to me. Even though there is a large homebrew culture in the US, the fact is I'm an Aussie living in Poland. I only got into the hobby a year or so back, but really enjoy the mix of artistry, science and hands-on of beer making. I've been doing the large corporate life for a while now and day dreaming what direction I can take next.. craft beer is that dream. .. I'll have take a look at those small breweries you mentioned.
