Daniel Hannan is a Eurosceptic Tory MEP who has made it his life's work to campaign to get Britain out of the European Union. But, he says the looming EU referendum could be a once in a generation vote and if there is a decisive vote to remain, he will accept the views of the British public. I went to meet him at Europe House to discuss his views on Europe, the war on drugs, proportional representation and who should be the next Conservative party leader when David Cameron steps down.
