This is absolutely one of my favorite Carner and Gregor songs, and he is AMAZING. I only just discovered them a few months ago, and their music never seizes to surprise and delight me. If you liked this definitely check out their other songs, my current favorite is "After Hours."

Did you watch the youtube of "We Will Rock You??" At the end of it, he shows he's a darn good dancer as well. Brian's got talent just oozing out of him. Can't believe he won't be picked up for a movie.

best version here on youtube. When you really mean a song like this, you can't smile at the end, but cry knowing that you can relate so much. I'm sure you know that you moved so many people with your performance. i was covered with chills. I almost cried.

Great emotional performance! It seems we all yearn for parental approval no matter how old we are. Very powerful!

Fantastic performance. I really felt Brian's pain. The belt near the end was fantastic. Love the ending and how emotional it was. Very real!

Bonjour Derek : thanks for sharing this current sample of your work. I heard you sing many years ago in Greenwich Village (New York) when you were first getting started. You were great then, and now, you have gotten even better. My staff will be happy to refer friends and clients to your performances when they are in your area. Please send a link to your website. Maybe we'll see you on American Idol one day? Kurt F. Matthew, Jr. and staff (Geneva, Switzerland)

Wish the band would have backed off a bit - too loud. Don't know if his Dad is alive, or even around, but this sounds like a real plea to his Dad. The emotion he imbues into each song makes it difficult to determine whether it is personal or not. His eyes and voice certainly made it appear as though he was deeply affected by the words. Every time he sings a ballad, the mother in me keeps wanting to wrap my arms around him and comfort him.

No, I wanna change that. There were so many great performances, it's hard to name any one of them the best. I really liked Morgan's final song... both performance-wise and the SONG I thought was great (but that could have been the gin, not that Morgan isn't a star. I don't even remember the song at this point). Anywho... the whole concert was fun--WATCH ALL THE VIDS!

Great performance, but come on the lyrics to this are terrible! "Come see the girls dancing sexily and then there's me." Ugh. That made me cringe.
