This beautiful song is SOOOO Brian Wilson. It's got those classic BW chord progressions and changes in melody, going here, then there, then returning once again back to the main melodic theme. Gorgeous lyrics. A real feature-song, from what is one of Brian's most delightful album creations in his 'modern' post-Beach Boys era. Thank God he's still with us .. A LIVING TREASURE .....

@Ibraam, while we all respect Marilyn Wilson, I hardly think that she's in any medically, psychiatrically, or medically qualified to make that judgment. She was, after all, one of the members of Brian's family to approve Landy's treatment. Of COURSE she'd back up her original mistake with continued approval of Landy's seedy capabilities.

Just driftwood floating on the sea, Searching for the me and all that I have known to be. Thank God that you noticed me, And brought back harmony to this lonely soul. Oh it's a revelation, I feel alive again. There are no limitations with love. The day you said that you'd be mine, I can see Cloud Nine 'cos I was flying over it. I wasted so much time, Run in circles in my mind, I couldn't hear my heart calling out for you. There's only one kind of love, The kind that I've been dreaming of, Don't you know it's unconditional? And when you hold love in your hand, Only then you'll understand, It's everything that you've been wishing for. Sometimes from out of the blue, An angel comes to you, But you've got to have an open heart. I nearly failed the test of time, But now that you are mine, Girl I'm here to stay. Oh it's a revelation, I feel alive again. There are no limitations with love. There's only one kind of love, The kind that I've been dreaming of, Don't you know it's unconditional? And when you hold love in your hand, Only then you'll understand, It's everything that you've been wishing for. There's only one kind of love, The kind that I've been dreaming of, Don't you know it's unconditional? And when you hold love in your hand, Only then you'll understand, It's everything that you've been wishing for.
