Came to watch it again. I really love this band. I'd love to see them in a huge venue. They are just great. I didn't mention before I think but thank you for doing this video. I also love how they are giving it their all even though there are only around 50 t0 60 people and playing like it is thousands. LOVE THEM

Thank you for liking this video. I do these videos mostly for myself so I can experiemce these concerts again. And I gladly share this with others as long as KZitem, the Band and the Label allows it.

Good Lord. Why are Japanese girl bands so good at music? I'm practically in love with every one of their bass players. They're all amazing yet the bass ladies somehow bring extra. It's like you have this mind blowing good meal, then the bassist brings in bacon

I agree, the bassist is the real deal, and so is the drummer, singer, guitarist and guitarist, I totally love the musical ability of this group and when they come to the states I'm there

That bassist is so damn cute! Such talent with the growls and sly smirk. Absolutely love her and the whole band!

i LOVE Bridear and it was interesting to watch this. And I was wondering was it impossible to move to the center of the floor or just too crowded?AND how many people were there?
@manfredsax4791

It would have been possible to go to the center of the floor, but it is my personal preference to be in the front row to get the best possible view. For the best possible sound I listen to their recordings on CD/DVD/BD. Unfortunately the bass was not mixed very well this time by the music engineer of the venue. In 2017 it was a better mix. At the venue were about 50-60 people. I guess you could have squeezed maybe 40-50 more people on both floors of the venue, but it would be really packed then. 50-60 people is a good amount, full but not packed.

@@manfredsax4791 Oh I understand I guess I wasn't very good at what I meant. Still up close to the stage but more in the center. Not necessarily further back. Sorry sometimes I am not that articulate.

@@Buzzramjet Yes, it is a small venue. Or it was as it is about to get torn down unfortunately. I will always connect BRIDEAR with the Keller Klub as I saw them playing 3 times in this venue.

They are still active. A year before this concert, the guitarist and composer Misa has left the group. They filled the spot with the new guitarist Misaki, in this concert the guitarist on the left. About a week after this concert, the other guitarist and composer Mitsuru announced her retreat from the group at the end of 2018. Their concert yesterday in Japan was done with support guitarist Ayumi. BRIDEAR said that they will continue with the remaining members and I think that they will look for a new permanent guitarist to replace Mitsuru. I'm interested to see where this is going as Misa and Mitsuru were the main componists of BRIDEAR at their start.

@@manfredsax4791 Are Misa and Mitsuru retiring from music. Or have they formed new bands. I guess it can't ever be the same Bridear without the founding members. :-(

@@yupihaveone4070 Misa said that she is active in other music projects, but I have not yet found out what projects exactly. She will continue her musical career, but I have not yet heard anything from Mitsuru other than 'I will continue doing music'. Mitsuru and Misa are still friends, so maybe they will be together in their next project, but this is pure speculation by me.

@@manfredsax4791 Japanese female bands seem to form and then break apart or break up entirely quite quickly. Wish they all would be like Scandal and stay together a decade or so. The last couple of years the interest and publicity of Japanese bands especially female ones has peaked because of Baby Metal. I hope more regroup and come out of the woodwork, especially Exist Trace, well at least old school Exist Trace. :-)

@@yupihaveone4070 Just a short update because of an announcement from BRIDEAR this weekend: Kai left Bridear, Yuri becomes support drummer to replace her, Ayumi becomes full member of BRIDEAR. BRIDEAR stays active, but only two founding members left.
