Yes ! They are cannabis leaves Don. The customer has a PHD in the study of cannabinoid receptors in the use of medicinal applications of cannabis. He commissioned this guitar from Antonio.

The original bridge was lifting Mark. As I got into the job ... it became apparent that it was " floating " on a thick bed of epoxy ( kinda like a " gasket" between the mating surfaces ). After cleaning it up and re-seating the new bridge ( with wood glue ) ... we now have a much more intimate contact between the foot of the bridge and the soundboard surface.

Ya' it is over the top Frank. The Vietnamese have a "1000 years plus" history with shell inlay.
