I love you Brienne. I just wish you had more time to do more paintings. Or anything for that matter. I almost subscriber and I truly enjoy everything that you talk about I find it very valuable. You're very down-to-earth and you are teaching makes sense. And just so you know I love your little blue dib dabs that you put all over your paintings. Thank you for making these videos. 🤗❤️

Awe.... thanks so much Robyn. I really appreciate that. So glad you enjoy my work and videos. I know finding time to paint can be hard. Life is always busy. :) Even if you can just sketch a little...it can be good. Take care... Brienne

Thanks for sharing your palette, loved it when you said that you have a cart of tubes of paint. PS my tubes are in a plastic bucket with a lid. 😊

Hi I was looking at one of your videos and you said that if a paint dries out on your pallet and gets hard throw it away!!! Is there a way to keep this from happening??? Hahaha paint everyday 🤣!!! I am currently using paint cakes. I am thinking about trying tube paint. It is very expensive and I don't get to paint often. What do you do?

add a few drops of glycerin and spray the colours with water.

Like Tony said, you can wet them really well and add a little glycerin to revive dried paint. Also, if you know you aren't going to paint for a while...then add a damp paper towel to your palette and cover it. That can help. Also, before you start painting, wet them and wait for about 10 minutes before painting. Let the water soak in.

could you please tell me where you got your ceramic palette?

It is not ceramic, but just plastic. It is a Robert E Wood palette. I got over 20 years ago... no idea where.

Hi Brienne, could you recommend me a brush.

My favorite brush is the Escoda Perla Toray, Synthetic White handled synthetic rounds. I love this brush! Then I would get a good Quill brush which holds a lot of water for washes. With these two brushes I could do the entire painting. :) You can check out my video on "My Favorite Brushes" on my KZitem channel. Happy Painting BB
