Currently I don't think there is much residential demand in this area. So even if you were to invest here, you should be able to find tenants but the rental yields will be very less. You should consider such projects more for capital appreciation. For rental yields consider projects/apartments in IT corridors near Bellandur, Marathahalli, Whitefield etc.

Today the rental yields would be pretty low as there is no demand in this area. Maybe around 2%. But keeping future prospects in mind you may consider it for investment. I think there will be more possibility for capital appreciation than rental yields. If you are looking for rental yields better to pick areas closer to IT corridors where there are established IT companies. You may go for smaller units. You should be able to get around 4% for good units of reputed builders. I hope this helps.

@@sansindia85 From my experience it is difficult to find tenants even in areas with demand. Difficult to find the right tenant. Right now, it will be difficult for getting tenants there for sure. In future, if the area really turns out to be a IT/opportunity hub you will get tenants, else it will be difficult if the area doesn't develop.
