6 months on from my first marathon at Manchester, I head to Brighton to put myself through 26.2 miles of pavement pounding, this time beside the sea. In this video, I recap on the race, share with you my mile by mile split times, the nutrition that I took on the course and well as the lessons I learned from my first marathon and all of the gear that I decided to use on race day.
