Just did this challenge today with my 2 youngest boys playing nearby and putting toys on me. 😂 Keep up the good work! It took me about a month to work my way up to the full song length.

Moving side to side on lift and squat is so much harder I'm still feeling it 😭

Doing the side to side motion seems very helpful. I am indecent shape but haven’t worked out in a really long time but decided to try this. I lasted 36 seconds (I’ve got sticks for arms) but I was just holding it. Gonna try again with the side to side movement

@@stevensfamily117It's a good idea to add a weight if it isn't too much for you. My marching band director had us do this at practice the other day for warm ups. *Ow.* Also look up the arm circle song :)

@@youtubearmy_bg8265you don't, buddy. It's just a matter of getting used to it. I was doing 200 a day at a certain time of my life, but then i stopped because of school. Doing more than 100 per day just became a waste of time for me, really. So... yeah. Maybe try doing at least 200 in one day just to challenge yourself (or an even higher amount, depending on how good you already are at perfect form push-ups) and so that you can say: "i did 200 push-ups today" and also say in 10 years even with good form "my doctor said my shoulder is on the wrong side of my body". Have a good one 😅

In dance my dance teacher made us do a scorpion in the air and then she made us do the splits on the floor (middle split) and we did that for the whole time and she pauses the music everytime it said “bring sally up -pause-“ and “bring sally down-pause-“ it was Horrible… - comment below and tell me your story x
