📚 Spicy Edamame
Ingredients:
1 bag (16 ounces) Maika’i Unsalted Frozen Edamame
1 tablespoon vegetable oil amzn.to/3MrxZAg
3 cloves garlic, finely minced amzn.to/3DuWsyo
1 tablespoon shoyu amzn.to/3VFNBSN
1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek amzn.to/40TdOPY
1 teaspoon mirin amzn.to/3IP7vGA
½ teaspoon sesame oil amzn.to/3C6v2iC
Directions:
1.Cook the edamame according to package directions and set aside.
2. Add oil to a pan set over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.
3. Next add in the shoyu, Sambal Oelek, mirin, and sesame oil. Mix to combine.
4. Add in the cooked edamame and toss to combine.
5. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the edamame to a serving bowl, cool slightly, and ENJOY!
