Hey Scuba, thanks for the video. I bought the V1 a couple of years ago when you made the video review on it and is one of if not the best product you've recommended in my opinion. I have to say that looking at the V2 and the rubber round the sides of it there was one thing that sprung to mind and that is the cleaning of it. One of the things about the V1 that i have noticed over the years is that it is so easy to clean as it is very smooth and slick so that any hair comes right off it instantly. Im not sure that that will be the case with the rubberised side. I know it's a minor point but just putting it out there. For $20 more at the time of buying knowing what I know now about the V1 I would go for the V1. If the only difference is the ergonomic design then $20 for something you use for a minute or so over a week to me is not worth it especially as the V1 is so good.

Thank you so much for your videos. I was feeling incredibly defeated after having tried a number of body trimmers that were absolute garbage. I thought I'd just have to continue using my plug in wahl trimmers but I found one of your videos and decided to give the V1 a try. Holy shit do I love this trimmer! As a matter of fact, I love it so much I decided to buy a second one for my facial hair. Thank you again!

Thank you for being the ultimate beardsman. Out of all the pretenders on KZitem you are the most educated experienced and knowledgeable of all. We definitely see a lot of people that cannot come close to your inspiration. We have people that are creating beard channels simply because they have a beard and they are calling themselves the most trusted teacher yet they have no experience they have no training they have no license in anything but still they cannot touch your viewers your subscribers and the quality of your material. Thank you for being honest with everyone being direct and not trying to deceive your viewers just to get likes and to increase your notoriety. Everyone has the right to make their own lives and create their own careers but I appreciate the men like you that take the time and diligence to be honest direct truthful and not deceitful in any way. Yeah. It reminds me of buying work boots one time. A reviewer pointed out how the materials and stitching were great, the soles were adequate, the laces should be replaced, and the sizing was dead-on except they're a bit narrow--All good and helpful info. Then, he added how the boots have good arch support. As it turned out, the boots didn't have sh*t for arch support & didn't take to orthotics well at all. Clearly the dude had no issues with flat feet and had added this last tidbit as filler and to sound like a podiatrist which cost me $140 & 2+ yrs of sore feet. My advice to guys with silky, sparse beards and no neck hair and who just threw down some $ on trimmers? SHUT UP and go review some lotion or something.

@@CherokeeMaxx Going on 1 year strong! I can't complain. Its def worth it. The battery life is INSANELY GOOD. The power never ramps up or down. Its very consistent and reliable. If I could find 1 thing negative about it would be when using no guard to clean up the neck and cheeks I would wish for a closer cut to the skin. So I do have a smaller trimmer that is wired that I use for a closer cut. But that could be just my personal opinion. Hope this helps.

Thumbs up just for showing what the buttons do (other vids skip that part). But, after 4 yrs, my wire brush of a beard has dulled my blades and, to make matters worse, as of my last usage, I finally ran out of oil (3-in-1 oil maybe?). Providing a link for ordering Brio replacement parts/accessories would be ideal. Other than that, keep up the good work.

I have only recently started looking into this stuff but not going to lie your videos are selling me on the v1 and v2. Oh with the v1 and v2 you said there shaving angel is different and that one seems a bit more boxy. Did that effect the difference in the shave or of how much hair you noticed getting in behind the bladed area. Thank you for the great video, I'll definitely be looking into your channel more.
