Ingredients:
Whole Brisket
Kosher Salt / Ground Black Pepper
Step by step instructions:
Trim the brisket and cut off excess fat
Apply brisket rub (2 parts of ground black pepper / 1 part kosher salt)
Set your smoker up to 200 degrees and place your brisket in
Smoke until internal temp reaches 180
Pull the brisket from the smoker and put it in foil boat
Place brisket back in the smoker and run the smoker at 250
At internal temp at 200, pull the brisket
Rest in kitchen oven at 170 for 5 hours
Slice and serve
