This is the way I cook my brisket (SOUS VIDE STYLE) is so delicious and the meat is so soft it melts in your mouth
BRISKET SOUS VIDE STYLE
Nova Sous Vide system
8 Lb brisket
Beef rub you can use your favorite meat seasoning or just salt and pepper
butcher paper
apple juice
*****cook the meat for 30 hours using the Sous Vide at 155℉
after is cooked pre-heat the smoker at 250℉ and leave the meat there for 2 hrs. after the 2 hrs wrapp the meat with butcher paper until the meat is 159℉ after that take out the meat and let it rest 1-2 hrs before you cut it
