1. Cut the broccoli.
2. Pour hot water and leave it for 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water after 5 minutes.
3. Cut broccoli, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
4. Mix 4 eggs, 2T mirin, 3 pinches of fine salt, and 2 pinches of pepper.
5. Add broccoli, onion, and 80g of cheese and mix.
6. Grease the pan with cooking oil and add the mixed ingredients and cherry tomatoes. Close the lid and cook over very low heat for 10-13 minutes.
