If your HDMI port is damaged, and is missing 2 pins, then you would need to replace it with a new one. It is however possible the 2 missing pins could be no connects and may not be needed at all. You would have to look at the board more closely to find out.

Great video, thanks for posting it. If my ports are physically broken is there a source you would recommend to buy them from?

It would be much more difficult for the HDMI removal and you would be at a higher risk of damaging the board. If the port already is off the board then you should be able to only use a soldering iron.

I never had an iron or hot air with temp settings before, its true, temp is only for reference, so many factors affect the melting point. I got a Weller 1010 next purchase is a Hako FR 301, but I noticed the Jap version is cheaper, but it runs on 100 volts, people say it works fine in the US. I had the money to get a camera setup but I had to get new glasses, cost nearly $600. Which cam is that one? the blue cube. I like Eakins and Tomlov DM602. I have to put on my reg Rx glasses plus my near vision Rx glasses together and look through a mag glass. My soldering is fine, my eyes aren't

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner on some of your comments. I just didn't have the information. I do now. Check out this link. It's the Eakins store on Aliexpress. Best bang for the buck in terms of equipment. The link below is an almost identical set up to what we have right now www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805703615679.html?

I have only ever used the one we use one the channel which is the Hakko FR-301 and it's not that expesnive. We bought it from amazon, ill link it below. amzn.to/43QR30U $236 is the price on it, which seems like it might be a lot, but it's not that bad. There are cheaper ones out there but I can't really give you feedback on them since I have never used them before, so I don't know.

Sorry this video was to long ago for me to remember but with my specific equipment I usually will use 350C-375C. If it's a really thick board ill go up to 400C sometimes even up to 425C but that only for really thick boards. Most TV boards aren't like that, I only have to usually do that high for like XBOX series S and X boards with the really big ground pads.
