This show has touched on important topics and social issues from day one. The way they integrate important discussions into a fun and relatable show is one of the things that makes B99 really special.

Being "annoyed" is the message actually imo This isn't a "feel good" episode, it's like "moo moo" when Terry was stopped by a racist cop. both leave the audience annoyed and feeling almost helpless that there isn't no straight solution.

This episode was directed by Stephanie Beatriz who plays Rosa

It's not supposed to be feel good all the time. This show respects the audience not to be simpletons that need a perfect ending every time. That's not how the real world would've been

this episode was definitely not preachy, b99 has always had episodes like this and if anything it means more coming from a comedy show that there would be a serious storyline. best humour is always found in tragedy. respectfully, if you were women, i think you would feel differently about this episode. which is not great.

Hands down worst episode of the season. This show really went downhill when they started getting into social issues. Just like you, I come here to laugh and relax. Glad you guys aren't super woke and just blindly applaud anything and everything that tries to make a point.

I personally enjoyed this episode because it just makes you more attached to Amy and everything she had to go through. I understand why people prefer for there to not be any of these types of episodes but it gives depth to the characters

Have you guys stopped doing Community? You guys should just skip season 4 and start doing Season 5, one of the best seasons with some of the best episodes

Nah don't listen to this person. Continue with season 4. It's not the best but people like this make it seem worse than it is and need to shut up and let people make their own mind up

Don't bother with the final series. It's meant to be a comedy not a political drama it goes right down hill

@@mackenzie1845 why is there multiple comments agreeing with me then. The show went to political and down hill. That is my observations you are entitled to a different view but don't say mine is wrong everyone is entitled to their own views .

@@jonathanclark762 Lol the entire show has been subtly political, with some episodes being more serious than others. Holt comes out as gay and talks about his struggles as a gay black detective the FIRST episode. Then episodes like Moo Moo where Terry gets arrested, Rosa coming out, Jake going to prison and talking about how messed up the system is. The episode in season one where Jake doesnt want to arrest the teenager spray paint dicks on cop cars because it could jeopardize his career. They showcased political injustices within the NYPD all the time. So its not an opinion, you are just blatantly wrong to act like it hasn't always been that way.

i thought the same until you realize with how big the blm movement was how can you, as a cop show that regularly discusses politics and real life situations, not talk about it? personally i didnt like that rosa seemed almost above the others even though she used to be a cop too and yeah maybe it was a little too on the nose compared to other episodes but jesus. youll live.
