Thomas and Meaghan review the Brooks Hyperion Elite 3, a shoe that's remained largely unchanged since the last version was released two years ago. That said, the new QuicKnit upper is so much better than version two, fixing a lot of things that went wrong. Overall, this makes for a great tempo shoe, but maybe not a great racer. Available April 1 (tentative) for $250.
